Caught up in the hustle and bustle of Christmas?

Don’t worry. It happens to the best of us.

Still, it’s important to slooooooow down. We think you should load up the Honda, and take a spin around town. Along the way, enjoy some of Fort Wayne’s best light displays. Don’t forget to crank up the Christmas tunes while you ooooh and ahhhhh your way through the city!

  • Head into downtown Fort Wayne and enjoy the old-time charm of Santa and his reindeer at PNC (Main and Berry streets). Other must-see stops include the Merry Christmas wreath at the Indiana Michigan Power building, the sky bridge over Calhoun Street., and the terrace at the Botanical Conservatory.
  • 2828 Emerald Lake Dr., located off Covington Road — Santa often makes an appearance in the driveway, and little ones are welcome to get out of the car to tell him exactly what they want for Christmas. (Be prepared for a short line.)
  • 13525 Plumbago Court in Vera Cruz — This spectacular light display is synchronized to music.
  • 1818 Morgan Creek Dr. off Bass Road — Little ones will giggle with delight when they see this entertaining display that is set to music.
  • 4940 S Harrison St. — A well-loved Christmas display near Southgate Plaza.
  • 2221 St. Louis Ave. — You’ll marvel at this festive house in Waynedale.
  • The Franke Park Fantasy of Lights is another family favorite! Admission is $5 per car. Click here for more information.
  • 7919 Wheelock Road — A fun Christmas display that can be seen from I-469, as well.
  • 9314 Monique Dr. — A festive home that illuminates the entire neighborhood.
  • 1618 Crooked Creek Parkway — Enjoy the magical dancing lights at this house on the north side of town.
