I had such a great experience working with Alex! He was so patient throughout the whole process and never once made me feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. He actually listened to what I was looking for and took the time to help me find the right car; Honda Odyssey. Everyone we interacted with at DAH made our purchase feel special. Our last purchase was in 2011, and we're still driving that car! We faced a steep learning curve with our 2025 Accord, but our salesperson quickly understood our situation and provided guidance on the newest tech features, even for a basic model. We're still learning, but we know we can rely on Kyle if we encounter any features we can't figure out. We look forward to more deals with DAH in the future.

We recently purchased a 2024 Passport out of town, and took it to Don Ayres Honda for starter and brake warranty work. Service advisor Alex Waters was friendly, helpful, and continuously kept us updated about the progress. He promised to call us at least 10 times during the week it was in the shop, and kept his promise each time. The overall experience was exceptional, and the starter and brake issues are resolved.

In a couple weeks' time we had service done on our '22 Odyssey and it was low pressure with options for what we wanted done that day vs in the future. A pleasant experience as usual. I also bought a new to me Honda Insight. The sales process was good, the car is well cared for and appropriately priced. Comes with a 3 month/3k mile warranty you won't get from the small lots. Don Ayers went above and beyond and stand out from other dealerships.
