Dylan was friendly and welcoming, got my 2021 Pilot in and out quickly! This is our first time owning a new car and bringing it to the dealership for regular maintenance was very easy, even on a Saturday!

Scott took excellent care of my van, explained comments on work order and when I questioned price on invoice, he looked into it immediately and got it corrected.
We are a super busy couple. I emailed about what I wanted, and right away Jack sent me a video about the vehicle I asked about. I loved that he did that! He informed me of another vehicle not in stock but in transit. He emailed several photos of the vehicle. I committed that afternoon and waited a short time for my new 2022 Pilot!

I was able to get my car services and a repair done in a timely manner and the shuttle driver - Ted - was wonderful too. He got me back to work with only 15 minutes of loss of time and picked me back up on time and back to pick up my car. Thank you for this service. This is my 5th vehicle from Don Ayres and I plan on going there for my next vehicle when the time comes ...

Good service and communication. I understand there are shortages for everything. This makes it hard on the service center and customers to plan for repairs. It would be nice to do the little things, maybe subtract the cost of the diagnostics from the repair. I am have purchased 6 Hondas and one Acura in the past 30 years. Also converted parents, uncles, sister to Honda vehicles. I like the products, but we have seen some deterioration in the products. Our most recent Honda Pilot has electrical issues that have improved - but it was a long process.
The excellent service team at Don Ayres Honda keeps my Fit in top form. I wouldn't trust the up-keep of my car to anyone else.

Jeremy Sullivan is always courteous, competent, and efficient in his dealings with me when I need service on my Honda Accord. I can't complement him enough. He always lets me know if something will need serviced soon, but he doesn't pressure me to have service that isn't necessary. Jeremy is truly an asset to Don Ayres Honda.

My service work was done early. The service advisor communicated with me about an issue I had asked to be checked into and then it was taken care of. When I picked up my vehicle he also explained the service work completed. The shuttle driver was polite and prompt. All employees were helpful and friendly.
Rick and the Staff a DAH are great and easy to work with, We will surely continue to go to Rick and send people there!
Service at this location is top notch. I had a check engine light pop on after grocery shopping. Stopped in and they squeezed me in with no appointment. Found the issue, reset the light, then scheduled my repair for the following week. Estimated repair was 1.5 hours and was done in 45 minutes and on the road.
I always get good service. This time was no exception. But I do have a complaint this time. A couple guards under my car were not put back on correctly after my oil change. Or they are just worn and came loose. I discovered this when I was 310 miles into a 833 mile trip (one way. I still had to drive home). Fortunately I ran into some very nice people who helped me out greatly. The very kind gentleman, who was actually closed but he took my car into his shop and looked at to to see what he could do. ...
Always pleasant. Nice waiting room. Not that I’m able to judge very much, but I don’t feel like I’m being overcharged at all. Went out of the way for me and cleaned the inside front window which I find difficult to do. Thanks to all.
Very helpful Service Advisor directed me to the most important items for service and work was completed under the time my advisor had quoted. While checking me out, I remembered some special cleaner they sell and he personally retrieved it for me!!
The service efficient and exactly as promised. It is very irritating that there is a minimum word count to complete this simple survey for a oil change.
Don Ayres is a great dealership and they care about you as a person - you are not just a number or a sale. They will go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy.
The customer service and car service I’ve had here is refreshing. I’ve never felt like I was being upsold or dealing with inflated processing you get at some dealerships. The only reason I have this 4 stars was the delay on service. I suppose they are backed up because of how good they are, but it would be nice to get an oil change without having to schedule days in advance and drop the vehicle overnight.
