In a couple weeks' time we had service done on our '22 Odyssey and it was low pressure with options for what we wanted done that day vs in the future. A pleasant experience as usual. I also bought a new to me Honda Insight. The sales process was good, the car is well cared for and appropriately priced. Comes with a 3 month/3k mile warranty you won't get from the small lots. Don Ayers went above and beyond and stand out from other dealerships.

Bronson was excellent. The waiting area was very comfortable. The time for the services was acceptable. However paying $800+ was a blow and seems very high.
They were punctual in starting on my car and fishing ahead of schedule. My service consultant was most accommodating to my needs.

Oil change
Owen Potvin was our sales consultant here at Don Ayres Honda, and he helped us for nearly three hours to pick out a new car! He thoroughly went through each option, going through each car’s information, test driving each of them with us, answered all questions, and even gave us extra helpful information and tips. He was patient, kind, and completely upfront and honest with us throughout the whole process… I know that seems contradicting, but he was genuinely a great person and a great help to choosing the best car for us and our future family!

Rick Kruger was absolutely fantastic. I was dreading the whole going to the dealership part of the process. I had a horrible experience with the first dealership (NOT Honda) I went to. The salesman was very nice, but not very informative (I didn't know the difference until I did a test drive with Rick Kruger).
