Go in for oil change it took almost 2 hours. Not very happy with the service

I was very happy with my experience. Courtney was SO friendly, informative, and helpful. My wait was pleasant enough, but I was disappointed that the shuttle never came, I could have done things in the two hour wait. A big disappointment was later at home when we found a large handful of mouse-nest materials where the engine filter had been supposedly checked. Why was it not removed???


My advisor did a great job of keeping me informed of what my car needed done and kept me updated. Plan on staying a good 3 hours though. It's never a quick experience!

Can't say enough good things about the buying and selling experience at Don Ayers. For selling, the certified pre-owned is great to work with and gave me a better offer than Carvanna and didn't charge $500 to come to Fort Wayne to pick it up. Ask for Austin Luke on the pre-owned side!

Appreciated the no pressure sales approach and the explanation of the car's accessories, however, I am disappointed that this model did not have a radio that was satellite ready so I could use Sirius XM. I've had to use my IPhone to activate the stations I have listened to in the past. I also miss the power seat that I had on my 2013 Chevy Equinox. Like the solidarity of the vehicle and comfortable bucket seat on the driver's side. Appreciate the space at the back of the luggage area for now I can place my golf clubs ...

Pleased with the car and the salesman… I did get lied to about the finance… was suppose to be through Honda at a special APR then when get to the dealership the next day was financed through a credit union and the APR was higher… then got guilted into buying some program that I was told Sarah Ayers herself created with Honda,turns out it the same EG Assurance that every car lot talks you into. Emailed and asked how my financing was not through Honda either no answer! Tried to cancel the EG assurance program and was able to ...



I'm always pleased with the service advisors at Don Ayres, but I was particularly impressed with my most recent advisor, Zoe Landmeier. I was grumbling that I could never tell from the website what services my car needed nor how much it would cost (as I recall, that used to be listed for each 5,000, 15,000, and 30,000 miles). While I was waiting for my car, she came to the waiting room to give me a list she'd made herself of the maintenance items, at what mileages they were recommended, and what each service cost, highlighting the ones that were needed ...

100% on my service manager! However I did not understand with getting the service package, why a filter needed to be replaced at 13k miles, not even a year old. ??


Every staff member was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. They left no questions unanswered
