I felt like it was a steal—$34 for an oil change?! I have never heard of someone charging that low, and they topped my wiper fluid for free and gave me a free carwash, too! My customer service representative was also very kind, too! The only downside, perhaps, is that it took about 2 hrs.
I bought a new civic SI and my experience with the dealership was outstanding. Isaac was easy to deal with and very professional. 10/10. Jackson In Financing was very easy going and professional as well. Jackson was very down to earth and he was ready to answer all my questions. He made the process easy and was fun to talk too. Our experience in understanding the vehicles, learning about Don Ayres Honda, learning about leasing, and actually finishing the lease was wonderful. Gregg was our salesman- we drove three vehicles with him. He knew all the line very well- features in the models, differences between them, and why they exist. We picked the CR-V Hybrid Sport. I came to them trapped in a truly predatory, high-interest contract from a dealership down the road (Big City Cars—or what I like to call "Big Shitty Cars"), where they gave me a interest of 24% on a used 2022 Toyota Corolla. Don Ayres Honda helped me avoid purchasing a Honda CR-V that needed a lot of work especial Thanks to Paul. He lead me to Matthew Hill. He lead me to a 2016 just traded in. They did a complete inspection and put new brakes, oil change,, replaced knob and light hub and more. The best run dealership IMHO in Fort Wayne. Great team work through out.

This review is for the service department. I always get great help from Jeremy. Oil changes are less expensive at this dealership than other oil change businesses. I also had our transmission fluid changed. I just pull into the service area, check in with Jeremy and give him the key and I can relax in the seating area with free coffee. Doesn't take long at all. Some folks say oh, it must be expensive going to the dealer. I haven't found that to be the case at all. And I know it's done RIGHT.
One of my best experiences with Don Ayres Honda. I went in for an oil change (this was my 3rd) and Zach was my technician (for the first time). He was very thorough and efficient. He mentioned to me a few things that he recommended for my Honda in the near future that are land marks for certain miles on each vehicle. There was no pressure to purchase and was honest and upfront with those extra costs. I will definitely stay with him going forward for all my future appointments!
