Good service although they didn't let me know the truck was finished.

Rick Kruger was absolutely fantastic. I was dreading the whole going to the dealership part of the process. I had a horrible experience with the first dealership (NOT Honda) I went to. The salesman was very nice, but not very informative (I didn't know the difference until I did a test drive with Rick Kruger). The sales manager at the first place was absolutely rude and condescending (to me AND the salesman) and actually did a bait and switch with me on the numbers. I ended up walking out. Then I went to Don Ayers, and the first thing Rick Kruger did was give me a hug. He made me feel SO welcome and SO comfortable. The most important thing was he didn't pressure me at ALL. He actually encouraged me to drive my last choice of car (not a Honda) if I needed to. (I didn't). It felt like I was hanging out with a friend, we were joking around and laughing, it was such a great experience. Rick Kruger truly DID make car buying FUN! #RickMakesCarBuyingFun I was very on the fence about which of my 3 car choices (all different brands) I wanted. On my test drive Rick Kruger was fantastic and super informative. He told me everything I needed to know about the car, helped me with the settings, showed me how everything worked; he definitely went above and beyond anything I have experienced with the car buying process. I never once felt like he was "selling" me the car. He made it feel like he was just a friend explaining the car to me. There was no doubt in my mind that he was super knowledgeable about the Civic and he answered all of my questions (and I had ALOT). Rick Kruger KNOWS Hondas!! He actually went out on a 2nd test drive with me during the same visit so I could just make sure it was really what I wanted. No pressure, no expectations, just showing me the car and answering my questions...I couldn't have asked for a better person. Rick Kruger is fantastic!! It truly was a great experience! Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and so helpful. Rick Kruger was the absolute best person I could have asked for to show me the car. Caleb was amazing at answering my questions about the pricing and money stuff, he was transparent and honest. Zach in the service department was so nice (even though it was a VERY hot day) and answered all of my maintenance questions. Matt helped me with all the final paperwork, and he was so nice as well. I had a lot of questions for him, and he was very patient and answered all of them very thoroughly. It seemed like everyone there actually liked working together. It just made the whole atmosphere feel welcoming, like it would be fun to just drop in and hang out with everyone. They all went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable at every step of the process. Don't hesitate to go there! You'll get a great car and have a fantastic experience #RickMakesCarBuyingFun :)
