Our experience in understanding the vehicles, learning about Don Ayres Honda, learning about leasing, and actually finishing the lease was wonderful. Gregg was our salesman- we drove three vehicles with him. He knew all the line very well- features in the models, differences between them, and why they exist. We picked the CR-V Hybrid Sport. We then worked through both Caleb, the sales manager, and John, the finance manager. We started this work at 30 min before the dealership closed and the company supported the purchase process well after the purchase completed. Everyone worked hard to ensure the entire process was perfect. I am very thankful for the extended hours! We drove away about 7:30PM on a Saturday! Who does that? Don Ayres Honda's team, that's who!

I cannot recommend Don Ayres Honda enough, especially my exceptional salesman, Farod. I came to them trapped in a truly predatory, high-interest contract from a dealership down the road (Big City Cars—or what I like to call "Big Shitty Cars"), where they gave me a interest of 24% on a used 2022 Toyota Corolla. Farod and the management team at Don Ayres went out of their way to rescue me from that toxic situation. Even though my 2022 Toyota Corolla trade-in had high mileage and some wear, they stepped up and took it anyway just to help a client in need. They weighed every single option to secure me the best possible deal under my circumstances, worked magic on the numbers to keep my down payment manageable, and put me into a beautiful 2026 Honda Civic. Farod is also bilingual, which is a massive benefit for anyone looking to communicate comfortably without any language barriers.
