Dear Don Ayres Honda,
On April 22, 2015, I filled out a questionnaire for your dealership and was promptly contacted by Jeff Gilmore concerning my interest in a pre-owned Honda CR-V. Jeff was very professional and asked good questions about what I was looking for and what I required in a vehicle. We made an appointment for later that evening, and when I arrived, he was friendly and showed me the vehicle I had expressed interest in earlier that day. We took a test drive and he pointed out the features that this particular vehicle had to offer. He showed me the bells and whistles and proceeded to explain them in a manner I could understand.
I purchased this vehicle on April 25, and when I picked it up, Jeff programmed some things into the car for me, showing me once again how easy it was to accomplish. Jeff was very patient and diligent with his explanations and any concerns I had about the features on this vehicle. I found Jeff Gilmore to be a very professional and knowledgeable salesperson and a great person to deal with .
