You don’t know me, but maybe I can help you understand. My grandson and daughter came to you for a trade-in, as my grandson had purchased other Honda CR-Vs from you and is very happy with them. He wanted his grandmother to have one also. Thanks to all three of you for putting me in a CR-V that I’m very happy with also. We will send you anyone looking for a new car. I liked my Dodge van but it needed a new home. I hope someone will like it as I did. Thanks for the trade-in.
