Customer Mailbox: “It’s hard to find an honest mechanic”

Thanks also to everyone who takes the time to keep in touch with us via Facebook, Twitter, email and good ‘ole fashioned snail mail. Keep those letters coming!

Just a note of thanks to Doug Settle and Troy Johnson for their attention and help with the maintenance of my ’03 Pilot …

Doug has gone above and beyond to assist me with whatever I needed. He is always willing to listen, take a test drive and listen for an unusual noise, fit me in on short notice and explain repairs.

Don Ayres is very fortunate to have someone like Doug in charge of the maintenance department. I have complete trust in him and Troy Johnson — it is hard to find an honest mechanic who will not take advantage of female customers who normally do not know much about repairs/maintenance of vehicles.

Thank you, Don Ayres — I am very grateful for the service my vehicle has received and the kindness of your maintenance staff.
