Congratulations to our employees celebrating anniversaries!
It’s hard to believe we first opened our doors (as Don Ayres Pontiac, Inc.) 44 years ago. Time flies, and there’s no question that we’ve had loads of fun along the way!
Today, we’d like to take a moment to thank the incredible employees who are celebrating anniversaries this month. They are a huge part of the Don Ayres Honda story, and we’d like to thank them for being a part of our team.

44 years… WOW !! I was in sales at Don Ayres when Sandy rented the billboard across the street stating : “Don Ayres is 40 Today” Instant Copy was where Infiniti is now, we had Pontiac Phoenix’s, T1000’s, 6000LE’s, rear wheel drive Bonneville’s, and no Fiero yet but did have Isuzu’s a couple of Avanti’s and base Civics with a manual choke, but the last IH Scout and TravelAll had been sold. Doug Grime, Nick Dematritis and Wayne Black, Murry Thurston, Sheldon Rody and Larry Smith, Jimmy Shields, Bob Barney, Wayne Phipps and Doug Settle was “The Lot Boy”… and how can anyone forget Dave Houghton…222. Well run businesses stand the test of time.
And who could forget good old Dave Skelly ,With his great big happy smile . Congratulations to you all at Don Ayres RIP Dave and i miss Sharon to RIP. Rick Squires you are doing a great job Thank you for all the great cars from Don Ayers over the many years . Happy 44 years Great customer service all 44 years.
