Scheduling service appointments online just got easier!

OK, folks … this is big!

Beginning this week, you can schedule service appoints online in real-time! This is going to make things a whole lot easier!

Head over to our website and click the “Service” link. From there, click “Schedule Appointment.” You will see a screen that looks like this …

The first time you visit, you will need to click “Register” in the upper right-hand corner. This won’t take long – five minutes tops – and you only have to do it once! You will need to provide basic contact information as well as info about your car. (You can register multiple vehicles, too!)

Once you are registered, click “Click “Manage Account” or “Make Appt.” The system will walk you through the process, but you’ll be given a chance to choose routine maintenance or individual services. You can even add additional comments or choose the service advisor you’d like to work with.

After you input all of the necessary information, the system will generate several appointment options. Choose the day/time that works best for you, and you’re all set!  You will receive a confirmation of your appointment via email or text, depending on how you have your preferred method of contact set.
