Recipe: Peanut Butter Pie
Jeanne Cluts has worked in the Don Ayres office for more than 10 years, and she also happens to be a pretty phenomenal cook! Every so often, Jeanne passes along one of her amazing recipes. Here, she shares a great recipe for Thai Chicken Pasta Salad – a perfect dish for a summer meal!
Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
4 oz. Cool Whip
Graham cracker or chocolate pie crust
Crushed peanuts (optional)
To Prepare
Beat first four ingredients until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour filling into pie crust. Top with additional Cool Whip and crushed peanuts.
