Recipe: Olive Ball

Jeanne Cluts has worked in the Don Ayres office for more than 10 years, and she also happens to be a pretty phenomenal cook! Every so often, Jeanne passes along one of her amazing recipes. Here, she shares a great recipe for an Olive Ball that is sure to be a crowd-pleaser this holiday season!
Ingredients
1 8-oz. package of cream cheese
½ c. chopped green olives
¼ c. black olives
1 T. instant minced onion
¼ tsp. Tabasco sauce
¾ to 1 c. chopped parsley
To prepare:
Mix first five ingredients. Form into a ball and roll in chopped parsley. To add a little holiday cheer, form cheese mixture into the shape of a Christmas tree and decorate with red pimentos from the olives.
