Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
6 slices processed cheese
2 8-oz. cans crescent rolls
2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
To Prepare:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef and onion, then drain. Stir in barbecue sauce and set aside.
Unroll dough into four long rectangles on ungreased cookie sheet. Overlap long sides. Firmly press perforations and edges to seal. Pat to form a large rectangle so that dough covers the bottom of the cookie sheet.
Spread meat mixture in a 4-inch strip down center of dough to within 1 inch of ends. Place cheese slices over meat. Fold short ends about 1 inch over filling. Then fold long sides over filling, overlapping edges. Pinch to seal. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let stand for five minutes, then slice. Serves. 6.
