Dear Don Ayres Honda,

I wanted to share with you the awesome buying experiences we had and why, if possible, we will always buy our cars from you. My husband and I purchased a used Chevy Uplander minivan just under 2 years ago and had a great experience — and it continues each time I bring it in for an oil change. We had such a great experience that, when the time recently came, we persuaded my mother to come to you first. We were greeted by Ed in your certified used department and man, he did an awesome job. He applied absolutely no pressure, he put up with all of us (me, my husband, my mom, and my 7-year-old daughter) and our constant banter, explained the details in a way that my mother could understand, and did so while feeling under the weather. He was so patient and easy to work with, as was the lady in the finance department. You see, this was the first car my mother, who will be 65 this year, has purchased without her late father or her late husband (my dad) present. She had put off this experience until it was absolutely necessary and, luckily, she had an experience that gave her no anxiety or pressure. She purchased a certified used 2011 CRV, and let me tell you, she loves it. We had some issues on our end getting her trade ins taken care of but, again, Ed had immense patience!! We are extremely proud to be customers of Don Ayres Honda and look forward to continuing this in the future.
