As always, we love to hear from our satisfied customers. Thanks to Rick, who recently sent this letter recognizing the hardworking folks in our body shop. I wanted to write to you regarding the outstanding performance of the Collision Center (Body Shop) on recent repairs to my son’s Honda Civic. I especially wanted to compliment the communication of Jody. But Jody is just the voice of the team. The whole team should be complimented as well.
My youngest son is currently enrolled at A.T. Still University in Kirksville, Missouri. On Friday, September, 20th, he drove home for Fall Break. After about eight hours of driving and just ten minutes from Fort Wayne, he hit a bale of hay that was centered on I-69. What was a bale of hay doing in the middle of I-69? Who knows?
But that bale of hay caused significant damage to his front bumper and AC system. After speaking with my insurance agent and with Jody on Monday morning, I realized that it would be a challenge to have the car ready by Friday for his drive back to school.
Given that a whole list of things had to happen quickly – parts had to be ordered and delivered, my car had to be bumped up the priority list, repairs had to be done right the first time, etc., I was already making plans to rent him a car and trying to figure out how to get his car back to him.
But your team was able to pull everything together and complete the job on Friday afternoon.
