Dear Mr. Dullaghan:
Recently, my wife Teresa and I took delivery of a 2013 Pilot Touring. She absolutely enjoys the vehicle and knows that we made the right decision in purchasing a Honda. Bill Fenoglio was our sales associate and the reason for this letter. Bill was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was patient, understood what our needs were, and is knowledgeable about the Honda product. We initially started out on a Saturday morning as “just staring to look” and ended up taking delivery by the next Friday afternoon. Bill made this experience a pleasant one, and my wife and I look forward to dealing with Bill Fenoglio and Don Ayres in the future.
