This letter is long overdue. We are writing this to express our sincere appreciation to Shawn Baney for having the patience and understanding of our needs when we helped our daughter purchase her vehicle a few months ago. We specifically asked for Shawn to help us since he was the salesperson when we bought our Ridgeline in 2007. We don’t like pushy salespeople and we don’t want to spend all day waiting in a dealership while we go back and forth on a price. Shawn knew this and just told us straight up what to get. His knowledge of the Honda vehicles is amazing.
The Honda Accord my daughter bought is our third Honda vehicle, all purchased from Don Ayres. We are extremely happy with the service department, which is one of the best.
When people ask us what vehicle to buy, we tell them a Honda at Don Ayres and to ask for Shawn. Thanks, Shawn. Keep up the great work.
