As always, we love to hear from our satisfied customers. Thanks to Mike and Karen, who recently sent this kind letter to general manager John Dullaghan. Mr. John Dullaghan:

My wife Karen and I wish to express our thanks to you, Bill and Anwar for the excellent treatment that was extended to us during the purchase of my wife’s automobile last week.

We have over the past three weeks viewed several automobiles at nearly all of the dealerships in Fort Wayne. We chose to return to Don Ayres Honda because of the courteous service shown to us.
