DealerRater selects Don Ayres Honda as the best Honda Dealer in Indiana

DealerRater, a website where consumers can review automotive dealerships in the United States and Canada, has announced its 2016 Dealer of the Year award winners, and we are pleased to announce that Don Ayres Honda is the highest rated Honda dealership in the state of Indiana for 2016. The annual award program recognizes dealerships for outstanding customer service based on customer reviews posted to DealerRater.com.

Don Ayres Honda is also a 2016 Consumer Satisfaction Award recipient.

The site uses a unique algorithm called PowerScore, which considers a a dealership’s average DealerRater star-rating as well as the total number of reviews it received during the previous year. Scoring categories include customer service, quality of work, friendliness, pricing and overall experience.

“The Dealer of the Year Awards are a distinction that a small percentage of dealers get,”DealerRater CEO Gary Tucker said. “DealerRater makes it easy for online shoppers to find quality dealerships, and even choose the sales or service employee they’d like to work with, before setting foot into a showroom or service bay.”

To qualify, dealerships must have at least 25 new reviews during the previous calendar year. In addition, they must average higher than 4.0 out of 5.0 in customer ratings.

Don Ayres Honda has received 907 lifetime reviews with an average score of 4.8 out of 5.0.
